Our goal is to TEACH kids how God has moved throughout all of scripture. To give an UNDERSTANDING of how God desires a relationship with everyone. And to EQUIP kids with Gospel Truths to help them build a solid foundation on Christ alone and to share that truth with others.
Children age 3 and under are welcome to join us in the preschool area to play during service. Doors open at 9:45. Every 5th Sunday is Family Worship. All ages are invited to meet together in the Worship Center.
Children’s activity bags are available for those joining us in the service at 10:00. Grab one from the boxes outside the Worship Center.
Discipleship groups are available for all ages Sunday mornings at 11:00.
The Biggest Story Curriculum is what our 1st through 3rd graders will use on Sunday mornings in our Bible Communities
New City Catechism will be used for our 4th and 5th graders to help build foundational gospel truths
In Mission Friends, our youngest children (birth through Kindergarten) learn about mission work around the world, pray for missionaries, give to mission work, and do mission projects. Learn more here.
Throughout the school year, our 1st through 5th graders meet on Wednesday nights. We reinforce what was taught on the previous Sunday from a different perspective. We also provide breakout sessions for the kids to actively participate in the life of our church. We would love to have you join us!
Additional Resources
Our 1st through 3rd graders will use this Storybook Bible on Sunday mornings. It also makes a great resource for families to discuss scripture over meals or family time. To purchase your copy you can follow the link below.
Available for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices, The New City Catechism mobile app makes it easy to take all 52 questions and answers with you wherever you go.
The free app pairs each question and answer with a Scripture reading from the ESV, a short prayer, and a devotional commentary written by contemporary pastors, including John Piper, Timothy Keller, and Kevin DeYoung, and historical figures, such as Augustine, John Calvin, Martin Luther, and many others.
The app also includes kid-friendly songs designed to help children memorize the entire catechism.
Annual Events
CrossTimbers-
CrossTimbers Children’s Mission Adventure Camp exists to support local church efforts to reach lost children in their communities and to raise up a generation of kids with an authentic walk with God who actively serve others with missional living. What is camp without some fun while you’re there? CrossTimbers provides a ropes course, target sports and water activities. Program staffers are trained, and even certified when needed, to provide a fun and safe environment at camp.
We take our 3rd through 5th graders to Crosstimbers during the summer in Davis, OK
